Bluebell Railway, Uckfield

Founded in 1959 and still steaming! Bluebell Railway runs steam trains between Sheffield Park and East Grinstead. Explore the museum, hop on board (first class with an afternoon tea if you’re feeling fancy!) and steam through the Sussex countryside in style. Fun for all the family.

Undercliff Walk, Brighton

Coastal path from Brighton to Telscombe Cliffs perfect for cycling and all levels of walking ability.Take in the stunning views, amble around Rottingdean or simply treat yourself to an ice cream at one of the seaside cafés along the way. There’s rock pools to explore at low tide, and at high tide – watch the waves!

Goodwood Motor Circuit, Chichester

The only classic circuit in the world to remain entirely in its original form. The circuit now hosts many exciting events throughout the year including driving experiences in classic and sports cars and Track Days. A really unique day out for any petrol head.

Southern Pursuits, Crawley

Go Ape!, Crawley

A real tree top Adventure! Get your adrenaline pumping and explore the high ropes testing your nerves at one of our favourite Sussex outdoor activities! Great fun for small or larger groups with zip wires, and swings up to 30 metres up in the air. There’s also a course for younger adrenaline junkies but they must be accompanied by an adult.

Hove Lagoon Watersports, Hove

The epitome of Sussex outdoor activities, Watersports centre offering wake boarding, sailing, windsurfing, Kayaking and Stand-up Paddle boarding on the Lagoon and the sea. Book private lessons or group sessions with all ages and abilities catered for and a whole lot of fun. There is also a play area and paddling pool for little ones in the summer as the Big Beach Café.
